Privacy page
Define your working hours, the privacy level of entries outside working hours or choose not to synchronize
the time outside working hours.
Lotus Notes page
Select or define the Notes mail or Names & Address book server and the mail file or Names & Address
Book file. Specify the server password.
Lotus Organizer page
Browse to select your Lotus Organizer file and choose the Organizer sections to be synchronized. For
Organizer Contacts, browse to select the Organizer section to be synchronized.
MS Outlook page
Browse to select the folder or folders that contain the data to be synchronized. For e-mail synchronization,
define or select the MS Exchange profile used for synchronization. For Jotter synchronization, select the
note colors to be synchronized.
MS Schedule+ page
Select the appointment book to synchronize. Click Profile... to select a profile and a password for it.
Details page
Select from the list the details that you want to synchronize. The default setting is “All details.”
Messages page
Select the size and the date range of the messages that you want to synchronize and the folders included
in the synchronization. You can also select whether or not to synchronize attachments or remove old
Nokia 9290 Communicator mail messages.
