• Special sending options
Send multiple copies
You can send the same message to multiple recipients using the multiple
copies feature. This saves the time of having to rewrite the message for
each recipient.
1 At the Start screen, press Menu.
2 Press the roller, press Write, and enter your message.
3 Press Options, scroll to Sending options, and press the roller.
4 Multiple copies is highlighted. Press the roller.
5 Select a name from the list and press the roller.
Sending appears on screen.
6 Press to return to the Start screen.

When message memory is full
When blinks there is no more space for new text messages. You can
do the following to create more space:
• Read some of the unread messages and then delete them.
• If you’ve saved messages in the Archive folder, or in folders which
you’ve created, erase some of these messages from those folders.
Read messages stored in folders
To view messages that have been stored in your Inbox, Outbox, or Archive
folders:
1 At the Start screen, press Menu, and then press the roller.
Text messages appears on screen.
2 Press the roller, scroll to the folder of your choice, and press the roller
again.
