Modem
Some computers in this series are equipped with
an internal modem. The internal modem provides
capability for data and fax communication. It
supports V.90 (V.92). The speed of data transfer
and fax depends on analog telephone line
conditions. It has a modem jack for connecting to
a telephone
line. It is preinstalled as a standard
device in some markets. Both of V.90 and V.92
are supported only in USA, Canada, UK, France
and Germany. Only V.90 is available in other
regions.
Bluetooth
Some computers in this series are equipped with
Bluetooth functions. Bluetooth™ wireless
technology eliminates the need for cables
between electronic devices such as computers
and printers. Bluetooth™ provides fast, reliable,
and secure wireless communication in a small
space.
Wireless
communication
switch
This switch turns wireless devices RF
transmission (Wireless LAN and Bluetooth)
functions on and off. (Provided with some
models)
Security lock slot
Connects a security lock to anchor the computer
to a desk or other large object.

Plug and Play

and Play capability enables the system to
recognize the connection and make the
necessary configurations automatically.
