Copying pictures to the card (Memory backup)
You can copy (backup) all the image data stored in the internal memory to the
card. The image data in the internal memory is not erased by copying it to the
card. You must insert the card before copying.

Display the top menu in the playback mode.
• Press with the lens barrier closed.

All image data stored in the internal
memory is copied to the card.
• Never open the card cover, remove the batteries, or connect or
disconnect the AC adapter during copying as this may cause
malfunction of the card.
• If the battery power runs out during copying, the image data may be
lost or damaged. You are recommended to use the AC adapter.
• Cards with a write-protect seal cannot be used. Remove the seal
before copying to the card. Do not reuse the removed seal.
