When a still picture or movie is recorded, it is automatically registered to the
calendar by the date of recording.

Protected pictures cannot be erased. Cancel the protection before erasing such
pictures. Once erased, pictures cannot be restored. Check each picture before
erasing to avoid accidentally erasing pictures you want to keep.
• Press O/N/X/Y to select a picture, and press F to
add R.
• Press F again to cancel the selection.
• Press S after selecting pictures to erase.
• Select [YES], and press F.
• To erase pictures stored in the internal memory, remove the card from the
camera.
• To erase pictures stored on the card, insert the card to a camera.
