Notes for users
Due to air circulation, dirt and dust particles might occur on the sintered
filter that protects the sensors; these particles might impair the sensor
function. After dismounting the filter, it may be cleaned by blowing it out
using oil-free and filtered compressed air, ultrapure air or nitrogen or
washing it using distilled water. Filters that are too heavily soiled should
be replaced.
Do not touch the delicate humidity sensors as this voids warranty.
If used in aggressive gas atmospheres, an early recalibration or replace-
ment of the humidity sensors might be required. Such a recalibration or
possible sensor replacement is not covered by warranty.
