Pan/tilt speed
The actual speed that is defined by the parameters
corresponds to that of the EVI-D30/D31.
When the camera accepts commands such as Pan-
tiltDrive Home, Reset, or CAM_Memory Recall, the
operation speed is equal to the speed when the D30/
D31 mode is OFF.
