PROGRAMS
IFR CHILLING CYCLE
The IFR is an innovative patented system of positive quick cooling which allows the cycle optimization for
each type of foodstuffs by preventing superficial freezing.
Temperatures are detected by a three-sensor needle probe (ref. page 6,
“Core probe”).
Notes:
- immediately after power up, the controller automatically prepares itself to start an IFR chilling cycle: simply press
and
the cycle will start immediately.
- from the main menu it is possible to immediately start an IFR chilling cycle: keep the
pressed for 5 seconds.
- during the cycle it is possible to view fan speed by pressing
; use the
button to modify the value.
