remote) repeatedly to select Deck A
or B.

Press Z A/B on the selected deck.

Load a tape into Deck A or B.
You can use TYPE I (normal) tape.

Load a tape.

Press DIRECTION repeatedly to select
“
g ” to play one side, “ j ”

to play
both sides or “RELAY”

(Relay Play)
to play both decks in succession.

Press nN (or N on the remote).
The tape starts playing.
Press nN (or N on the remote)
again to
play the reverse side.
*1 Playback stops automatically after repeating
the sequence for five times.
*2 Relay Play follows this cyclic sequence up to
five times, then stops:
MHC-GN880/GN770 only

t Deck A (reverse side)

You can only playback front side of the tape in Deck A.
