Shooting still images / movies
The power cannot be
turned on.
• The batteries are not installed properly.
• The AC Adaptor (not supplied) is disconnected.
• The batteries are discharged.
• The batteries are dead (page 113).

Properly install the batteries (page 12).

Connect it securely to your camera (page 15).

Install charged batteries or replace with new ones (pages 11,

The power turns off
suddenly.
• If you do not operate the camera for about three
