3 Click “Windows Firewall.”
The “Windows Firewall” window appears.

Click the “General” tab.
Confirm that the “On” radio button is selected and the
“Don’t allow exceptions” check box is cleared, as shown
below.
5 Click the “Exceptions” tab, and click
“Add Program….”
The “Add a Program” window appears.
6 Click “Browse….”
The “Browse” window appears.
