Taking Pictures for Food Mode
Macro mode ( A 31) will be changed to ON and the zoom will automatically move
to the closest possible shooting position. The camera can focus at distances as
close as 15 cm (5.9 in.) when the F glows green. (zoom position is before the G)
The closest possible shooting position may vary according to the zoom position.
As pictures are easily affected by camera shake, check the Vibration reduction
(
A 113) setting and hold the camera steadily.

Use the multi selector to choose u Food in
the scene menu and press
k (

Use the multi selector
H or I to choose
white balance.
• Press H to increase the amount of red, or I to increase
the amount of blue.

Frame the picture.
• Press k to move the focus area. Press the multi selector
H, I, J or K to move the focus area to the focus
position.
• Press k again to lock the focus area.
