TO SET STANDARD MODE:

Push and hold the trainer button on the top of the transmitter while pushing and

holding the two sticks as shown below, then turn on the power switch.

After hearing a series of ascending beep tones, release the trainer switch and the

sticks. The France setting is now turned off.

ACT/AUX

The ACT/Aux switch is for use with HobbyZone planes equipped with Anti-

Crash Technology (ACT) or planes that require an auxiliary function. For more

information about ACT, please refer to the manual of your HobbyZone plane.

HI/LO RATE

The DX4e offers a high/low rate function on aileron, elevator and rudder. When

the HI/LO rate switch is in the upper position, or “HI” position, 100% travel is

achieved on the aileron, elevator and rudder channels. When the switch is in

the lower, or “LO”, position, a reduced travel of 70% is achieved on the aileron,

elevator and rudder channels. This allows the aircraft to have a high control rate

(switch to the “HI” position) for aggressive maneuvers and a low control rate

(switch to the “LO” position) for smooth, precise maneuvers.

You might notice a very slight movement in the aileron, elevator and rudder

position when you change rates. This is due to the style of trim switches on the

DX4e and the amount of trim you have set on each channel. To minimize the

movement, mechanically adjust the linkages on your aircraft so the trims are as

close to center as possible.

RECEIvER POWER SYSTEM REqUIREMENTS

to the receiver even when the system is fully loaded (servos at maximum flight

loads). Inadequate power systems that do not provide the necessary minimum
