Accessories menu
Calculator
The calculator allows you to perform general mathematical
functions, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and
division. You can use the calculator to perform basic
calculations, store and retrieve values, and display the last
series of calculations.
Using the calculator
1. At the Home Screen, press the left soft key ( ) Start ,
then press until More... is highlighted.
2. Press , then press until More... is highlighted
again.
3. Press , then press until Accessories is
highlighted.
4. Press
.
Calculator is highlighted.
5. Press
.
The Calculator screen displays.
6. Enter the first number in your calculation, then press the
right soft key (
) Options . A pop-up menu displays.
7. Press or to select the operand of your choice.
8. Enter the second number in the calculation, then press
. The answers displays at the bottom of the screen.
Tip:
You can press to toggle between the math
functions while using the calculator. For example, to divide 9
by 3, you press 9; then press
four times to select
division; next press 3; and finally, press . The answer
displays at the bottom of the Calculator screen.
