Quick Search
Quick Search is an easy way to locate contacts in your
Address Book and Menu items. Quick Search default
setting is Off. To turn On perform the following.
1. In standby mode, press MENU, use the right
navigation key to highlight SETTINGS & TOOLS.
Press Phone Settings. The Phone Settings menus
are listed in the display.
2. Press Quick Search.
3. Select On and press the key.
Searching for a Contact
1. In standby mode, press the first few numeric keys that
correspond to the letters of the contacts name.
For example, to search for “Sally” you would enter

highlighted.
3. Press the key to call the contact.
