The printer is not correctly registered at Google Cloud Print.
Solution2
1 Log on to the Windows computer that the printer connected with.
2 Visit http://www.google.com/landing/cloudprint/win-enable.html with Google Chrome browser.
3 Click Print test page.
4 If the test page is not correctly printed, connect your printer again to Google Cloud Print Service.
