Fault Cause Remedy
Mains “ON” without function Mains voltage failure? Connect to another electrical socket
unit will not operate and check.
Mains cable connected to projector? Check mains connection
and replace mains cable if necessary
Primary fuses defective Replace fuses
(F1, F2, mains socket) (see service instructions)
Projector voltage different from mains voltage Check mains voltage setting on name plate.
If different from actual mains,
have service engineer make necessary change.
Important: Change name plate!
Inform ARRI-Service-Workshop
Rotating shutter not operating “E152” Lamp cover not in position Attach lamp cover, and clean
or safety switch not actuated. actuation opening for safety switch
Temperature sensor in lamp housing Switch on unit for cooling
has responded (without switching on HTI lamp).
Allow 2 minutes for cooling off,
then briefly switch off and on
with mains switch. Ignite HTI lamp again.
