Feed the power feed cord through power feed housing and the
metal tube (included in the package) respectively. Slide the
power feed housing and the metal tube down the cord.
From end of the power feed cord, using a sharp cutter, cut a
slot for 3/4" on the outer wrapped wire.
Unwrap the cut portion of the outer wrapped wire and cut
around it evenly to remove it from the inner wire.

Strip exactly 1/4" of the inner wire. If the wire becomes frayed,
gently twist it between the thumb and forefinger.
Slide the insulated bushing on to the cord against the outer
wrapped wire.
Slide the new wire cap (included in the package) completely
onto the stripped portion of the inner wire.
Place the contact post completely onto the wire cap.

Tighten the M3 set screw on the contact post with the 1.5MM
Allen wrench.
Slide the insulated bushing completely onto the contact post.
Pull the outer wrapped and metal bushing against the insulated
bushing.

Install the Transformer
Loosen the three #8-32 flat head screws (Do Not Remove)
with the provided 3/32 Allen wrench.
Rotate the backplate counter clockwise so that the #8-32 flat
head screws are lined up with vertical cut out portion of the
"L" slots.
Remove the backplate from the housing.
Mount the backplate to the electrical box with the provided
two #8-32 screws.
CAUTION: Turn the power to electrical box off!

Slide the power feed housing completely against the insulated
bushing. Make sure that the set screws are not inline with the
metal tube slot.
Tighten the two M3 set screws with the 1.5MM Allen wrench.
Slide the knurled cap onto the center wire.
Strip 1/2" of the center wire and feed it into the long wire cap
and then into the middle contact.Tighten the two M3 set
screws with the 1.5 MM Allen wrench.
