Repeat play

You can play the current track/fi le/album or the
whole disc/audio fi le repeatedly.

Press REPEAT button in play or pause mode.

Every time the button is pressed, the repeat play
changes in the following order:

For CD :

Repeat mode

Icon

Repeat a single track

"REP."

Repeat all the tracks *

Repeat off

For audio fi le :

Repeat mode

All tracks/files are repeated continuously.

This function cannot be used in program mode.

Changing the display information

Press DISPLAY button in play or pause mode.

Every time the button is pressed, the display
changes in the following order:

For CD :

Information

Icon

Status display

The current track elapsed time.

The current track remaining time.

"REMAIN"

The whole disc elapsed time.

"TOTAL"

The whole disc remaining time.

"TOTAL REMAIN"

The whole CD time.

For audio fi le :

Information

Icon

Status display

Album name and file name.

Tag information (Track, album title and
artist name).

Album number and track number.

Recording on a USB device or SD card
(For CD only)

Records songs in the CD to the USB device or SD card
in MP3 format.

Insert a USB device to the USB connector or SD

card on the front panel.

To record all the tracks:

Stop playback.

To record a single track:
Play the track to be recorded.

to begin recording.

When you stop the recording

Press

7 stop button.

• During recording, it is not possible to listen to another source.
• The recorded music files and folders accommodating them

are numbered automatically. These number can later be
modified.

– Numbers assigned to folders: AL_A01…AL_A99…AL_Z99
– Numbers assigned to music files: A01_001.mp3, A01_002.

mp3…/ A99_001.mp3…/ Z99_001.mp3…

• Music is encoded according to specification below.
– Format: MP3
– Transfer bit rate: 192 kbps
– Sampling frequency: 44.1 kHz
• Recordable USB device or SD card
– USB standard: USB 1.1/2.0
– SD, SDHC, mimi SD, micro SD/SDHC card
– An SD card of 512 MB to 32 GB can be used.
– File system: FAT 16/32

Program recording (For CD only)

Desired CD tracks can be programmed in the desired
sequence and recorded onto a USB device or SD card.

Insert a USB device to the USB connector or SD

card on the front panel.

Program the desired sequence of CD tracks.

See page 14 for programming procedure.
