You can launch more than one RMXCI window using the described methods. If you set the Auto
Logon option, the user credentials of the currently selected SQL/MX database that is connected to
log on to RMXCI are used each time.
If you select Tools
→SQL/MX Remote Conversational Interface, the RMXCI window appears with
a prompt ready to execute the RMXCI commands. If RMXCI is launched and you are not logged
on to a system, RMXCI does not use the Auto logon option. Instead, RMXCI launches and prompts
you for an IP address and port number, which is the default in RMXCI.

Setting Auto Logon options
To set the RMXCI the Auto Logon option:
1.
Perform one of the following:

From the MXDM toolbar, click (
).
The Options dialog appears.
•
Select Tools
→Options...
The Options dialog appears.
2.
In the left pane of the Options dialog, select SQL/MX Remote Conversational Interface.
3.
Enable or disable the Auto Logon option.
