6. Click OK.
Deleting a customized view
To delete a customized view:
1. Select View > Delete View from the HAFM menu bar.
2. Select the view you want to delete.
3. Click OK.
Selecting a customized view
To select a customized view click the View tab and select the view name from the list.
Customizing the Product List
You can customize the Product List by creating views that display certain fabrics or certain levels of
detail on the Product List.
Adding a column to the Product List
You can define new Product List columns. This enables you to further customize the Product List to
display pertinent device and port information. To add a column to a new or existing view:
1. Perform one of the following to select a new or existing view:
• Select View > Create View from the HAFM menu bar.
The Create View dialog box opens ( Figure 34 on page 70).
• Select View > Edit View at the HAFM menu bar, and select the view you want to edit.
The Edit View dialog box opens ( Figure 37 on page 72).
2. Click the Columns tab.
The Create View dialog box with the Columns tab opens (
Figure 36 on page 71).
3. Click Add.
The Create Column dialog box opens (
Figure 39 ).

4. Enter information for the new column in the following boxes.
• Label
• Description
5. Select whether the column shows information about products or ports from the Type list.
6. Select an icon to display in the column from the Icon list.
7. Click OK.
