Check that the TapeAssure service is running
Use the Windows Computer Management application to verify that the HP StorageWorks
TapeAssure Service
is running. The TapeAssure service should be configured to start automatically.
NOTE:
If the service is not shown at all re-install TapeAssure and reboot the server.
