Copying an Entry from the Corporate to Local Directory
You can copy an entry from the corporate directory to the local directory.
1.
Access the directory by pressing the
button from the main screen.
2.
Select the Corporate directory.
3.
Select the entry you wish to copy to the local directory.
4.
Press the
button.
5.
Select Copy to local and press OK.
6.
Press OK to save the entry.
Removing an Entry from the Local Directory
You can remove an entry from the local directory.
1.
Access the directory by pressing the
button from the main screen.
2.
Select the Local directory.
3.
Select the entry you wish to remove.
4.
Press the
button.
5.
Select Remove and press OK.
6.
Select Yes and press OK.
Editing an Entry in the Local or Directory
You can edit an entry in the local directory.
1.
Select the entry you wish to edit.
2.
Press the
button.
3.
Select Edit from the menu, and press OK.
