Wi-Fi Sharing
Turn your phone into a Wi-Fi sharing and share
your mobile data connection with up to five
devices.
When you are accessing Wi-Fi Sharing, you
cannot use the Wi-Fi connection to access the
Internet on your phone.
To use your phone’s Wi-Fi Sharing capability, you
must have a Tethering and Wi-Fi Sharing service
plan.
Turn on Wi-Fi Sharing
From any Home screen, tap the Menu Key .
Tap Settings.
Tap Wireless & networks.
Tap Tethering & Wi-Fi sharing.
Tap the Wi-Fi sharing check box to select it
and enable the feature.
Tap
OK.
Your phone starts broadcasting its Wi-Fi network
name (SSID).
Locate your default SSID
From any Home screen, tap the Menu Key .
Tap Settings.
Tap Wireless & networks.
