Creative Shooting
In Basic Zone modes, to prevent spoiled shots,
advanced function settings cannot be changed.
However, in the <
d > (Program AE) mode, you can set
various functions and be more creative.
In the mode, the camera sets the shutter speed and
aperture automatically to obtain a standard exposure.
The difference between the Basic Zone modes and is
explained on page 314.
The functions explained in this chapter can also be used in
the , , and modes explained in Chapter
4.
The M mark shown on the right of the page title indicates
that the function is available only in Creative Zone modes
(p.24).
