Appendix C: Sun Advanced Key Emulation

The following keys on a normal Type 5 Sun keyboard are emulated by key

press sequences listed below on a PS/2 keyboard.

To utilize these keys, press Scroll Lock. The Scroll Lock LED illuminates. Use

the indicated key as you would use the advanced keys on a Sun keyboard.

For example: For Stop + A, press Scroll Lock, then F1 + A.

These key combinations will work with the USB AVRIQ (if your Sun system

comes with a USB port) as well as the Sun AVRIQ. With the exception of the

Scroll Lock + F12, these key combinations are not recognized by Microsoft

Windows. The Scroll Lock + F12 combination performs a Windows key press.
