Review directory
To review directory entries
Using a cordless handset:
1. Press
DIRp when in idle mode to show the first entry in the directory.
DIRECTORY EMPTY appears if there are no directory entries.
- OR-
You can also show the first entry in the directory by pressing MENU/
SELECT
when in idle mode, then press q CID or DIRp to scroll to >DIRECTORY,
then press
MENU
/SELECT twice.
2. Press q CID or DIRp to browse through the directory. Entries appear
alphabetically by the first letter in the name.
Using the telephone base:
1. Press
DIRp when in idle mode to show the first entry in the directory.
DIRECTORY EMPTY appears if there are no directory entries.
- OR-
You can also show the first entry in the directory by pressing MENU/
SELECT
when in idle mode, then press
MENU
/SELECT twice.
2. Press q CID or DIRp to browse through the directory. Entries appear
alphabetically by the first letter in the name.
NOTE: If the telephone number in the directory exceeds 15 digits, <* appears in front of the
telephone number. Press * to move towards the end of the telephone number or press # to
move towards the beginning of the telephone number.
