Evacuation process:
Problem Fault

Vacuum pump does not
run 1. RHS 900 not cut in
2. Overpressure in A/C unit

Vacuum pump runs but
does not build up enough
vacuum 1. Service couplings not fitted correctly
2. A/C unit defective/leaking

Charging process:
Problem Fault
Remedy
No refrigerant flow 1. High-pressure valve on service coupling
not opened
2. Internal component fault
1. Open valve
2. Contact RHS 900 supplier!
Lamps "Vacuum OK"
and "Vacuum fault" light
up together
1. Solenoid valve Y14 in RHS 900 leaking 1. Replace valve or contact RHS 900 supplier
