meeting the entity parameters of the sensor
as shown in the table as maximum values,
or to a certified intrinsically safe Yokogawa
transmitter Model FLXA21 series.
When installing this equipment, follow the
manufacturer’s control drawing. Installation
should be in accordance with Canadian
Electrical Code, Part 1 or CEC, Part 1.
To prevent ignition of
flammable or combustible
atmospheres, disconnect
power before servicing or
read, understand and adhere
to the manufacturer’s live
maintenance procedures.
