Step 4
Using factory hardware, install factory tow hook into frame. Bolt through the lower frame mounting
bracket (Item #5) into the tow hook. (Figure 4)

Remove the 10mm bolt from factory bumper bracket. Install upper mounting bracket (Item #9 or #8)
to the factory bumper mounting bracket using the factory 10mm bolt. (Figure 5)

Step 6
Attach upper support bracket (Item #6) to upper mounting bracket (Item #8 or #9) using two (2) 3/8”
bolts (Item #13), two (2) 3/8” flat washers (Item #22), and two (2) 3/8” lock nuts (Item #17). (Figure 6)
Note: Upper support bracket (Item #6) should bend toward the outside of the truck and the tab should be pointing
down.

Repeat steps 1 - 6 above for the remaining side.
DO NOT TIGHTEN HARDWARE COMPLETELY.
