5.7.3 RJ-45 Ethernet Connection

The IMBA-9454 has two RJ-45 Ethernet connectors on the external peripheral interface

panel for LAN communications. Follow the steps below to connect an RJ-45 Ethernet

connector to the IMBA-9454.

Step 1:

Locate the RJ-45 connector. The location of the RJ-45 connector is shown in

Chapter 3.

Step 2:

Insert an RJ-45 plug.

Insert the RJ-45 plug of a LAN into the RJ-45 receptacle

on the external peripheral interface. See Figure 5-16.
