Cyclone Calibration Chamber

The calibration chamber is for monitoring the fl ow through a
fi lter/cyclone. It is designed to fi t cyclones Cat. No. 225-01-01 and
225-01-02.
Assemble the fi lter/cyclone assembly in the normal way and connect
to the sample pump.
Moisten the O-ring inside the large end of the chamber and push onto
the enlarged section of the cyclone extension. Connect the small end
to a fl owmeter or other calibration instrument such as the Defender
717 Series. Use 1/4 in ID tubing to make the connection and maintain
as short as possible. (See illustration on reverse side.)
Turn on pump and read fl ow from the calibrator.
