a configuration word of one. This file is returned
immediately following a Color BTW instruction or
following a Normal BTW instruction when its
configuration word is equal to a One.

The Configuration Word will equal 1 to designate
that this BTR file represents Color data. The
channel and color words will have values to identify
the color data in words 19 through 41.
