4. Third coat: Diagonal pattern in a downward slope
a. The third coat of paint is to be applied in a downward slope (nozzle at a 45
°
angle) pattern starting
from the top right corner of the viewing area. The end point will be the bottom left corner.
b. When you reach the edge of the viewing area, continuously spray the paint keeping the nozzle in the
same angle and move downward from the first stroke of paint and make sure that you overlap the first
stroke of paint by 1/3 of the girth of paint. Continue to spray in the sequence shown in the below diagram
until you reach the edges of the viewing area.
c. Continue this pattern until you reach the bottom left corner of the viewing area (end point).
5. Fourth coat: Diagonal pattern in an upward slope
a. The fourth coat of paint is to be applied in an upward slope (nozzle at a 45
°
angle) pattern starting from
the top left corner of the viewing area. The end point will be the bottom right corner.
b. When you reach the edge of the viewing area, continuously spray the paint keeping the nozzle in the
same angle and move upward from the first stroke of paint and make sure that you overlap the first
stroke of paint by 1/3 of the girth of paint. Continue to spray in the sequence shown in the below diagram
until you reach the edges of the viewing area.
c. Continue this pattern until you reach the bottom right corner of the viewing area (end point).
