Assembly Instructions For Log Cabin Play House Stock #180
1. Make sure package contains all parts in the appropriate quantities. Please inspect the parts for
damage during shipping and for any missing items. If you suspect that there may be damage or a
shortage, call us and we will send replacement parts if needed. Also please check all wooden parts for
the possibility of splinters and sharp edges. The wood is intended to have a rustic appearance and the
enclosed sandpaper can be used to smooth any rough areas. Please be sure that the exposed surfaces
of the assembled product have smooth edges before your children are allowed to use it. This product
is fi nished with a high quality Mineral oil. It is totally non toxic and is the same fi nish approved for use
on wooden plates and salad bowls. The odor from this fi nish will dissipate most rapidly when exposed
to warmer temperatures and air movement. It can be cleaned with a mild detergent and refreshed with
lemon oil. It can also be painted or wallpapered if you like.
2. Before assembly install all T-Nuts into Connector Plates. Start the
barrel of T-Nut into the holes in the Connector Plates by hand, then
hammer it in with a regular hammer. Make sure the T-Nut is started on
the side of the connector plate with the rounded edge. See drawing.

3. Identify the parts and how they match together by viewing the attached drawings. Lay each of the four
sides on the fl oor with the outside (the side with the grooves) facing upward. The front has four panels,
the back has three panels and the sides have two panels each.
