To swivel the top plate:
•
Pull both the front and back swivel knobs slightly outward.
•
Rotate each knob about one-quarter turn and release it. The top plate is now
disengaged and can swivel as necessary.
• Swivel the top plate as necessary. The top plate can only be locked into place in the 3
o’clock, 6 o’clock, 9 o’clock, and 12 o’clock positions.
• Pull one of the knobs slightly outward.
• Rotate the knob about one-quarter turn or until you feel the knob pull in and lock into
place. The top plate is now locked into place.
Cleaning
To clean exterior surfaces:
1.
Wipe all exterior surfaces with mild detergent.
2.
Wipe all exterior surfaces with a 10% to 20% household bleach solution.
3.
Wipe all exterior surfaces with distilled water.
4.
Dry any unpainted metal surfaces to prevent corrosion.
