Four Valve Control Box setup with air filter and regulator.
Control Box Overview:
CLOSED / OFF – this closes the IVX3 Injection valve and deactivates the PPVS if
connected inline with the IVX3 valve. With IVX3 & PPVS deactivated no resin is
allowed into the feed channel.
PURGE Mode – opens the purge port of the IVX3 valve - no resin is allowed into the
feed channel. Resin can be primed through the IVX3 Valve to the waste container or
solvent can be purged through the IVX3 valve and tubing to thoroughly clean them. If
connected - the PPVS remains Off (inactive) so no resin is allowed into the feed
channel.
INJECT Mode – Opens the injection port of the IVX3 vale allowing resin into the feed
channel. If connected - the PPVS is now activated (On) and controls the IVX3 Valve so
resin can flow into the feed channel allowing the part to be filled.
