Introduction:
The IVX3-Valve Control Box allows for the manual control of the Pneumatic IVX3 Valve or
when used with the Pneumatic PV Sensor (PPVS) automatic control of the IVX3 valve in
the MVP FLEX MOLDING process. The PPVS will in turn control the IVX3 Valve to
introduce resin into the feed channel at the correct pressure.
With the Control Boxes an operator can control one or more of the IVX3 valves. By
connecting the control box modules together an operator can control multiple feed
channels sequentially.
Part numbers:
8016 - IVX3 CONTROL 1-WAY – Control box for a single valve, includes air
filter/regulator.
8019 - IVX3 CONTROL 2-WAY - Control box for two valves, includes air filter/regulator.
(Consists of one 8016 + one 8015)
8020 - IVX3 CONTROL 3-WAY - Control box for three valves, includes air
filter/regulator. (Consists of one 8016 + two 8015)
8015 - IVX3 CONTROL EXTRA WAY – can fit to 8016, 8019 and 8020 to add an
additional channel(s). Use only in conjunction with 8016 Control Box – should not be
used by itself.
8015 - Add On single control module. Use
only in conjunction with 8016 Control Box.
