Advanced Operations
After a lamp is replaced, the display of the switch-on cycles is
reset to 0.
1. Press Lamp History in the "System Check" menu.
2. Press Reset and the lamp data are reset.
3. Press OK to return to the "System Check" menu.

Toolbar
There is a toolbar with various programs on the right-hand side of
the screen. Many of these programs can also be called up via a
menu but the operation is the same.
6.2.1
Log on
Use this function to enter up to 30 different operator initials (up to
10 characters each) into the instrument. This feature helps record
which operator measured each sample. For a detailed

Sample ID
Use this function to enter up to 100 different sample designations
(each with max. 20 characters) into the instrument. Sample IDs
can be used to specify the sample location or other sample
