Mounting
There are six (6) mounting keyholes on the back of the ASM010 panel. At least four (4)
must be used to support the panel’s weight (55lbs).
Electrical
An 110VAC power supply source is required to connect to the panel on the upper right
corner. A 7/8” knockout is provided for wire connection. If 208 or 220v is to be used,
the internal transformer will have to be rewired.
It is recommended that the incoming power be wired to a plug or receptacle to allow easy
power down of the unit.
Plumbing
All of the plumbing connections are 1” female NPT. The incoming cooling supply
connections are on the left side of the panel, and the load connections are on the right.
A one-way check valve is shipped along with the equipment. This valve should be
installed on the line marked “CHILLER RETURN”. The valve should be as close to the
panel as possible. If valve is not installed at the proper location, fluid will drain from the
chiller reservoir, (due to siphon effect), when panel automatically switches from chiller to
city water.
