Use the coldĆstorage
compartment

For storage of cakes and pastries,
ready meals, tinned food, condensed
milk, hard cheese and vegetables, such
as tomatoes, cucumbers and potatoes.
Also fruit which is sensitive to cold, such
as mandarins, bananas, pineapple,
melons, avocados, papayas, passion fruit,
aubergines as well as fruit requiring further
ripening.
Carrying trays

Are used for storing and cooling drinks.
The carrying trays can be taken out for
loading.
d Caution!
Do not reseal opened bottles of sparkling
wine and store in the carrying trays. When
the coldĆstorage compartment is opened,
the bottles shake and this may cause the
corks to shoot out.

S For making ice cubes
S For freezing small quantities of food
Note
S The door handle is situated behind the
mark on the underside of the freezer
compartment door.
S The freezer compartment door engages
audibly.
S Ensure that the freezer compartment
door has been closed properly. If the
door is open, the frozen food will thaw.
The freezer compartment will become
covered in thick ice. Also: waste of
energy due to high power consumption!
