Description:
Sumitomo Electric Lightwave’s new
QuantumType-Q101-VS is the industry’s
most advanced, yet competitively
priced, v-groove splicer. It is the first
and only v-groove splicer with fully
navigational touch screen monitor for
optimum user friendliness, internet
interface for remote maintenance and
software upgrades, SD port for virtually
unlimited data storage plus video, audio,
and software uploads and downloads.
Like all Quantum splicers, the Quantum
VS is the industry’s only v-groove splicer
with patented dual independent heat
shrink ovens.
The dual heaters eliminate the bottle
neck of heater wait time for streamlined
splices that increase splicing efficiency
by 70%, making it one of the fastest
v-groove splicers available. All Quantum
Fusion Splicers are Lynx2 Splice-On
Connector compatible and embody
