Primary Flow Calibrators

Three Interchangeable Flow Cells—

1 ml/min. to 50 Lpm.

Dimensional and timing accuracy traceable to
NIST standards.
Patented Graphite Composite Piston Assembly—
Eliminates the inherent inaccuracies and mess
associated with bubble soap.
Sealed Lead Acid Battery—
Can be charged indefinitely. The DC-1 and DC-2
DryCal can be used while charging.
Alphanumeric Display (LCD)—
Indicates the volumetric flow rate and the average
flow rate, battery charge level, and the number of
samples so far in a running average. The DC-2
also indicates the atmospheric pressure, the flow
rate corrected for standardized temperature, and
the average corrected flow rate.
Built-in Parallel Port—
Interfaces with most IBM ® compatible printers.
RS-232 PC Data Logging Interface (DC-2M only)—
Downloads data directly to a PC.
Automatic Sampling—
DC-1: 10-reading averages with display of
running average
DC-2: 1 to 100-readings as running average (user
selected, 10 is default), repetition rate can be set as
instantaneous or 1 to 255 minutes (user selected)
Built-In Leak Test—
Quality assurance self-test allows user to
periodically verify flow cell integrity.

Standardized (corrected) Accuracy (DC-2 only):
This represents the accuracy of the DryCal
® DC-2 in the DC-2's optimum (±1%
volumetric) flow range when reading standardized flow (SLPM). These values were
calculated from the above temperature and pressure inaccuracies and the best-case error
of the DC-2 using the root-sum-square method.
