1. Make sure the plug (14) is inserted correctly into the power
supply connection (4).
2. Make sure the plug (14) is inserted into a wall socket.
No light is emitted when
the pulse activation
button (3) is pressed.
1. Make sure the ready-for-use leDs (6) flash, which indicates
good contact with the skin and the surface treatment (5a) is evenly
and firmly pressed on the skin. or
2. Check the skin colour check leDs (6a): if they flash, the skin
tone is too dark for a safe application. try to use the appliance on
another part of the body or contact the iMeteC service centre. or
3. Check the lamp replacement leD (13): if it is on, replace the
lamp (5) by following the instructions in “replacing the lamp”. or
4. verify that the ready-for-use leDs (6) are on.
if the ready-for-use leDs (6) remain off after 10 seconds, switch
the appliance off and on again by pressing the switch-on/stand-by
button (10) twice.
If the problem persists, contact the ImEtEc customer service
Centre. or
5. Check the error/fault leD (7): if the leD us on, switch the
appliance off and on again by pressing the switch-on/stand-by
button (10) twice.
