Example 2: Adding a tie to a set of video and audio ties
The following steps show an example in which a new video tie is added to the
current configuration. Where an explanation is helpful, the steps show the front
panel indications that result from your action.
This example assumes that you have performed example 1.
1 . Press and release the Esc button.
2 . TPX 88 A only — To select video only for the tie, if necessary, press and
release the I/O button until only the video LED lights (figure 3-9).

The video LED lights green when video is selected.
The audio LED is unlit when audio is deselected.

The button lights green to indicate that only the video inputs are selected (audio breakaway).
The output 3, output 4, and output 8 buttons light green to indicate the video ties created in example 1.
