Figure A-2 shows the RS-485 communications signal assignments on the 779-0-0 9-pin D-connector that are required for serial
communications. Also shown are the signal assignments for the power connector of the 779-0-0. If you need to fabricate your own
power connector to mate to this, ensure that the polarities are correct as shown below. The pins outs for the D-connector shown
below are the same as those on the discontinued Universal Field cables that terminated in a 9-pin D-connector.,
