To use Playback, open any data file generated by Data Scout Advanced.
Playback also provides basic Convert functions for transforming data files in various ways. These data files are normally created by
Data Scout Advanced’s Run window and saved in its Dat subfolder. The user can display “live” recorded data (from .txt or
equivalent .csv files) or AutoLog data extracted from the tests logged inside the Level Scout (from .atd or equivalent .csv files).
Use the Display│Plot Graph menu item to view the data file as a graph. Other display types allow viewing (or even
editing) the file as text. The plot surface may be re-sized by dragging the right-bottom corner of the window (just
like the Run window).
Use the File │Open menu to select the desired file with a standard Windows® Open dialog window. Select the file
type by choosing an appropriate “filter” for file extensions .atd, .txt, or .csv.
