3.1 Scope of delivery

 The sensor is filled with electrolyte and provided with a protective
hood and protective caps.

3.2 Installation
Connection cable The SACIQ sensor connection cable is required to connect the sensor.

Are the plug
connections dry?
Before connecting the sensor and sensor connection cable, please
make sure that the plug connections are dry. If moisture gets into the
plug connections, first dry the plug connections (dab them dry or blow
them dry using compressed air).
Note
Do not suspend the sensor on the sensor connection cable. Use a
sensor holder or an armature. Information on this and other

Minimum approach flow The minimum required approach flow at the sensor must be present
during measurement (see chapter 7 T
ECHNICAL DATA ). The minimum
approach flow can, e.g. be achieved by:
 the flow rate of the water
 turbulence in the activated sludge tanks in the vicinity of the sensor.
