Six simple steps of trouble-shooting
1. Power ON the WL-700gE Wireless Router and make sure the LED indicators
light up normally.
2. Make sure the ASUS Wireless Router Utility is correctly installed.
3. Ping WL-700gE at your computer. Click Start on the desktop and select Run...,
type cmd and press OK. Then type ping 19.16.1.1 and press Enter. If ping
times out, it means the router could not been reached by your computer. You
need to reset the router if you do not remember the IP address.
