HT Tristate Enable [Enabled]
Enables or disables the HyperTransport Tristate that enables the tristate
link during the disconnected state of an LDTSTOP.

Enables or disables the CRC Flood that enable the generation of
syncronized packets on CRC Error.

Allows frequency selection of HyperTransport transfer from K8 CPU to
